Today is World Refugee Day, and a day where we reaffirm our solidarity with refugees in our country!

At the end of 2023, an estimated 117.3 million people worldwide were forcibly displaced due to persecution, conflict, violence, human rights violations and events seriously disturbing the public order (World Health Organisation).

One of our team at Foundation Park, Yakob, came to the UK as a refugee, and is a valued member of the Foundation staff, so we’d also like to take this day to celebrate his journey!
